Easy Roasted Butternut Squash Slices

Hello everyone ! Welcome back ! Last week I shared with you how to easily make some stuffed butternut squash. Today I would to share with you another very easy recipe using this delicious veggie. And it’s even easier. Ridiculously. I even wonder why call it a recipe.

First wash your squash and cut it into slices, about 1.5cm wide. Remove the seeds still present in some of the slices.

Place all your slices in a baking tray with baking paper. Sparkle every slices with some oil and spices/herbs you like.

Place in the oven at 180°C until each slice gets soft.

Serve it as a side dish.What I like the most about this dish is that it’s very very easy to make (as you see) and it’s both very tasty and quite healthy since you sparkle so little oil on it.

It’s as tasty as potatoe fries but some much healthier. Quite a good substitute I think.
