Rapsberry-Mint Smoothie

Hello everyone! It’s been quite a while since I last wrote on this blog… To be honest, I’ve been relaxing a bit, enjoying the fine weather we have and preparing a lot of articles for this summer. 😄

But today, I wanted to share with you a new smoothie recipe. With the current heat outside, I feel like I could have thousands of these. 😂

Here are the ingredients :

– 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt

– 3 handfuls of rapsberries

– about 6 mint leaves

– 1 teaspoon of sugar

Mix all these ingredients in your blender. And enjoy!

This smoothie is very refreshing, especially if you leave it in the fridge a while before having it.
