Christmas Rustic Sweet Bread

Hello everyone! Here is another Christmas recipe for you. It’s an orange flavoured brioche. It’s been a while since I wanted to try a new combo of ingredients and create something different (my parents would tell you it’s typical, I always have crazy and unique ideas 😅) So I decided to give it a try for Christmas this year. And give you the idea if it works.

So, here it is!

You’ll need :
-400g of flour
-4 tablespoons of sugar
-1 teaspoon of salt
-70g of butter
-3 eggs
-90ml of milk
-orange aroma
-1,5 teaspoon of raising powder
-candied orange sticks
-orange marmalade

First, make the orange flavoured dough. I used the bread maker since it does everything for you. When the dough is ready, add little by little the candied orange sticks and spoons of marmalade. Each time you add some, knead the dough well to incorporate.

Leave the dough to rest and rise overnight.

Next day, it’s time for baking. I personally went with the oven baking. Bake it the same as a normal bread.

Enjoy!

That’s all for today’s recipe. I hope you like it.

Thank you for passing by and reading my blog. I appreciate it so much.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post.

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
