Leek Meatballs in the Wok

Hello everyone! How are you? Today I would like to share with you another recipe. It’s been a while since I made some meatballs. Today, I’ll show you another way to prepare them.

Let’s get started!

You’ll need:

-5 medium leeks

-500g of pork meat

(The quantities may vary according to the number of persons, averagely you’ll need 1 leek per 100g of meat.)

Make 1,5cm sized balls with the meat and cook them into a wok, with some oil. Cut your leeks into 1cm pieces and add them into the wok. Add some soy sauce, garlic, herbs and any spices you like. I personally went only with soy sauce, garlic and herbs.

Regularly stir up until cooked.

Enjoy!

That’ll be all for today’s post. I hope you like it.

Thank you for passsing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in  a next post.

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
