Two ways to prepare meatballs

Hello everyone! Welcome back! 🙂 Today I’m back with another recipe. An easy one, as always.

Today, I’ll share with you how to make meatballs and two ways to prepare them.

How to make meatballs:

You’ll need pork meat and some herbs. With a spoon, or just your fingers, make small balls (about 2cm of diameter)

How to cook and prepare these meatballs:

Melt some butter into a pan. Then, add the meat. Let it cook with low heat. Awhile, prepare the sauce. For the sauce, you’ll need some tomato puree and some cream(about 2 tablespoons of each). Add them in the pan and mix well to get a uniform texture.

You can serve this version with rice or with a simple veggie  like string beans.

But if you don’t like that much creamy stuff, there is another way to prepare your meatballs.

Cook the meat into the pan with butter. Awhile, wash and cut some mushrooms. Add them to the meat with herbs, paprika and garlic. You can other spices if you want.


Serve it with rice or something else if you don’t like rice 😉 🙂 .
