Homemade Cherry Ice Cream

Hello everyone! How’s going your summer?

Today I wanted to share with you an ice cream recipe. We all know that Summer is the best season for ice cream, not only because it’s warm outside and a good excuse to have a refreshing snack, but also because it’s the time of year when we do have lots of fruits in our gardens. Obviously, what’s better than making ourselves delicious snacks with ingredients from our gardens, that you picked by yourself with friends and family? 😄

So, for 1 L of ice cream, you’ll need:

– 500 g of pitted cherries

– 25 cl of fresh heavy cream

– 250 g of sugar

– one lemon’s juice

Put your fruits into a blender. Blend. Add the cream, the lemon juice and the sugar. Mix well until you got a uniform mixture.

Then, pour your mixture into boxes and place these in your freezer for one night.

Note: you may need to add less sugar if your fruits are very sweet.

Enjoy!

I hope you like this recipe.

Thank you for passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post.

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
