Homemade Chocolate-Hazelnut Cake

Hello everyone!

Today, I wanted to share with you one of my favourite fall recipe, a chocolate-hazelnut cake. This recipe is very easy to make. Moreover it’s a quite healthy one, not very fat and still sooo delicious.

To make this cake, you’ll need:

-250g of yogurt

-120g of sugar

-3 eggs

-180g of flour

-30g of butter

-1 tsp of cinnamon

-80g of chocolate

-1,5 tsp of baking powder

– some vanilla sugar

-100g of peeled hazelnuts

# First, mix the yogurt with the sugars. Add the eggs.

# Add little by little the flour, baking powder, butter and cinnamon.

# Crush together the hazelnuts with the chocolate until you get a kind of thick powder. Not very thin I mean. Add this powder to the mixing.

# Pour in your mold and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.

When baked, leave it to cool down a while before serving.
