Hello everyone! Today, I’m sharing with you one of my favourite jam recipes. This one is simple but freaking delicious, it’s a combination between rapsberry and blackberry.
For about 4/5 jars of jam, you’ll need:
-500g of rapsberry
-500g of blackberry
-1Kg of sugar
Mix all these ingredients in a big pot, before putting it on the fire. The sugar will spread out in the fruits.
When the mixing is quite uniform, cook it. Stir regularly until it boils. When it boils, I mean big bubbles, stir constantly for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the pot from the fire.
Now, take your jars, a funnel(to make sure everything is going in the jars and not out) and a laddle. Fill and close each jar after filling. Let them cool down for a while before adding them to your stocks for Winter.
