Even if the food I eat since I’m a child cannot be considered as an unhealthy one, sometimes I do try to eat a little bit healthier. To do some efforts. We cannot be perfect, but it’s our duty to walk in the direction of perfection. It also works with how we eat.
Until now, I’ve mostly shared veey sweet smoothie recipes on this blog. For some of them, they are certainly healthier than many types of food. But these aren’t enough sometimes. Sometimes, I need something else, healthier. Something that would help me a bit when I’m not feeling well.
This is how I searched about green smoothies and ended up with my own recipe. Today I wanted to share it with you.
To make this easy and quick green smoothie, you’ll need:
-1 or 2 leaves of lettuce
-4 big leaves of mint
-8oz of water
-1tbsp of green tea leaves
-1oz of lemon juice
Mix all these ingredients together into your blender until you get a creamy mixture.
