Today I wanna share with you a recipe for Easter. A chocolate pie. It’s very easy and quite healthy, plus you can bake it in the oven or in a multifunctional cooker.
Let me show you!
You’ll need :
-250g of flour
-125g of butter
– 50g of icing sugar
-160g of dark chocolate
-250g of mascarpone
First, prepare the pie crust. Melt the butter. Mix the flour with the icing sugar. Add the egg and the butter. Mix until you got a ball of dough. Cover this ball and place it in the fridge for one hour at least.
One hour later, take it back and roll it down then place it the mold or the multifunctional cooker pot.
Now prepare the filling. Melt the chocolate with some milk. Then add it to the mascarpone. Mix until you got an homogeneous mixture.
Then, fill the crust with this cream.
Finally bake it 1 hour and a half on the baking program with the multifunctional cooker, or at 180°C until the crust is getting a little bit brown, in the oven.
I would recommend you to bake this pie the day before you want to serve it and to place it in the fridge until then. This way it’ll have enough time to cool down and the filling will “freeze” well.
