Homemade Kiwi Crumble

Hello everyone! Last week, I shared with you how to make some kiwi compote. Today, I’m gonna be sharing with you another kiwi recipe, using that same compote. This recipe is quite easy and doesn’t require an oven, only a microwave. I’ll show you how to make a kiwi crumble.

Hope you’ll like it. Let’s get started!

You’ll need:

-some biscuits

-some compote

-a little bit of brown sugar

First, smash the biscuits into small pieces, depending on your preferences it can be more-or-less like dust.

Then, take a dish going back into your microwave (ceramic or glass). Heavenly add a layer of smashed biscuits first. Then add a layer of compote. And finally another layer of smashed biscuits, sprinkled with a little bit of brown sugar.

Something I like this with recipe is that you arrange it depending on what you prefer. You can have more-or-less thick layers.

Now, place your dish into the microwave for at least 15 minutes. I advise you to divide the “baking” time, not to leave it for 15 minutes non-stop.

And here the result! The texture is slightly different from the apple crumble but still very tasty. I love the combination between the the biscuits and the compote.

I hope you like this recipe.

Thank you for passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
