Start a Student Life : Living and Working Essentials

Hello everyone! Welcome back!

Today’s post is the last one of my Start a Student Life serie. And today I wanted to talk about the most important area of a student where he will spend most of his time when he’s home: the living space, also sleeping area and desk area, most of the time.

In today’s essentials list there’re a few things that may not sound that necessary. If I added them, it’s because it’s a space that has to be comfy and relaxing. If the cocoon isn’t good, the bird won’t feel good and study well. This is how I feel.

#1 Two Sets of Bedsheets.

#2 One Bedpillow and One Duvet.

#3 One Hot-water Bottle. Necessary in winter time.

#4 Yoga Mat. It’s important for a student to have some exercise, it may be yoga, gymnastics or anything else. Personally I’m no great sportswoman, so yoga and stretching are quite a good option for me.

#5 One Small Rug. To dress up the space.

#6 Curtains and Veiling Curtains.

#7 Pictures to hang on the wall.

#8 Plaids and Pillows.

#9 One green plant. Fake or real it doesn’t matter.

#10 Candles.

#11 Computer. The absolute must-have for a student.

#12 Printer. This way, you won’t rely on your university’s printing services or to pay sometimes quite expensive prices.

#13 Folders for Administrative Papers, Bills etc.

#14 Desk Essentials.

#15 External Hard Drive. Another must-have for a student, to keep all your courses, important papers etc.

Lastly, reuse as much as possible to create storage solutions etc, but second hand stuff. It’ll help you keep on a budget.

That’s all for today’s post, hope you like it.

Thank you for passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
