Hello everyone!
It’s been a while since I last wrote on this blog. To be honest, the last weeks, even months, were quite busy for me. First I was busy with my graduating dissertation. I had to produce 100 pages so it meant some work. Then, after passing the exam, I got even more busy. As my birthday party was planned for the beginning of July, we were very busy in the house, outside etc. All that work spent my entire days, and left me exhausted in the evening. So, you would probably guess I didn’t have time and inspiration for this little blog of mine. However, I really missed blogging. So I managed to slowly compil a few ideas for today’s post. I recently made a first post about zero waste and zero spending DIYs, you can read it here. And I really enjoyed this post. So today, I would like to share with you some more zero waste DIYs ideas.
#1 Bag
Used some old pants, cut off the legs and close at bottom. Decorate with things you have beads, lace etc
#2 Cardboard Wall-Art Frame
You need a piece of thick cardboard, some paper, some thread and some nails. And of course, a picture you want to frame and hang on your wall. 🙂 Cover the piece of cardboard with paper, glue down your picture on one side. On the other side, glue down your thread, so you may hang your “frame” on the wall.
#3 Singer Sewing Machine Table
I wanted to change my makeup table so when I found thid old singer sewing machine, I immediately thought of something to do with. I removed the old wooden top, cleaned the whole thing and spray painted it. Then, I used an old piece of thick dark glass, saved from an old (ugly) furniture and glued it on top of the metal part.
Which one do you prefer? Personally, my favourite is the table. Moreover, it’s less stuff in our barn, which my parents are very happy about. 😄
Thank you for passing by and reading my blog. I really hope you enjoy it.
I’ll talk to you soon in a next post.
Until then, take care of yourself ❤
Ady ❤
