Hi everyone! How’s your summer? Today, I’m back with another recipe. This one has known quite a success over the last weeks with my family. So, no need to say I’m very proud of this one.
Let’s get started!
You’ll need :
-2 big zucchini
-100g of bacon
-1 big eggplant
-185g of flour
Make the crust for the pie. Mix the flour, butter and egg together until you get a ball. Leave it to rest in the fridge for at least one-hour.
Cut the eggplant into slices and steam cook it. Cut the zucchini into cubes and cook it in the frying pan with soy sauce, spices, garlic and bacon.
Preheat the oven,on 180°C. Lay out the crust in the mold. Add the zucchini mix in the bottom of the pie and the eggplant slices on top. Put it in the oven.
After 20 minutes of baking, add some grated cheese on top. Not long after, place an aluminum sheet on top of the pie to prevent it from burning. After a total of 40minutes of baking, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool down a bit before serving.
That’s all for today’s recipe, I hope you like it. 🙂 thank-you for passing by and reading my blog, I really appreciate.
I’ll talk to you soon in a next post.
Until then, take care of yourself ❤
