Hello everyone! How are you feeling lately?
For myself, I feel quite since I left the city on November and came back to the countryside until I graduate and find a job. After 6 months in the countryside, staying 4 weeks(felt like an eternity!) in the city was torture for me. So, no need to say that leaving when another lockdown hit us was a happy event for me! I was pleased with my decision. Since then, my health, mental and physical, has improved. And my inspiration went back stronger.
Anyway. Let’s move on a more interesting subject. 😄
Today, I would like to share with you some ideas I’ve collected of meal boxes. As I regularly make some for my brother who works, I know it can sometimes be difficult to find new dish ideas and not ending up making the same thing over and over. That’s the reason why I made these three lists for those who might need some inspiration. The lists are the entrees, the main dish and the dessert. Here, I went on the basis of a 5 days working week, it may vary depending on people and situations.
– Grated Carrots Salad
– Cucumber salad
– Tomatoe-Cucumber salad
– Stuffed Spring Rolls (grated cucumber, grated carrot, surimi, mushrooms)
– Mixed salad (tomatoes, corn, wheat, lettuce leaves, mushrooms)
– Scrambled eggs with cheese, green pepper, herbs, spices, dried tomatoes and bacon
– Sausages with fried potatoe sticks
– Fried rice with scrambled eggs, dried tomatoes, spices and bacon
– Meat patties with fried spiced veggies
– Meat balls with rice and olive-tomatoe sauce
– Mini zucchini pies
– Apple Compote
– Cake slice
– Milk rice
