Spaghetti and Wok Beef Liver

Hello everyone ! Welcome back for a new recipe ! This one is kinda different from usuals as I don’t cook that much beef meat. But recently, we purchased some beef meat from a local farmer and I had to experiment new recipes so my brother and father won’t get bored by my cooking (my mom is currently on a trip, so all the household rests on my shoulders for the time being). I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe, and let’s get started !

You’ll need:

  • 500g of beef liver
  • parsley
  • soy sauce
  • paprika
  • garlic
  • spaghetti

First, cut off the liver into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix it with paprika, garlic, parsley and the soy sauce. Let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, get some spaghetti to cook on the side.

Pour some oil and butter into a wok and when it’s hot, pour the marinated meat in. Stir-fry the meat for a moment, add some soy sauce and then a little bit of water. Cover the wok and let cook on a very low fire. When the spaghetti are cooked, drain and add them to the meat. Mix well so that the pasta get the flavour in.

Enjoy !

That’s all for today’s recipe. I hope you like it. Thank you for passing by and reading my blog. It means a lot to me.

I’ll talk to you soon in  a next post.

Until then, take care of yourself ❤
