Hello everyone! I’m so excited for today’s post/announcement! Something so exciting for me happened recently! Can’t wait to tell you more about that!
Now, let’s calm myself a little bit and explain to you what happened.
All my life long, I’ve wanted to write books, to be an author. And a few years ago, I bravely started to write. I didn’t think at the time I would publish it. I just wanted to try and see if I could do it, if it had some value. And finally, months ago, I thought about publishing and looked out for solutions. After searching and going for the “online publishing, available for free” option, here we are.
My book is available on monbestseller, published. You can also find it here.
It seems so unreal to me.
However, I’m fully conscious that not everyone would be able to read this book, as it’s written in my mother tongue aka French. But I know there are some french speakers reading my blog from time to time and maybe others knowing French without me being aware of it. Despite, I wanted to share with you these news, as it’s very important to me.
The story I’m telling in this book (actually it’s the first part of a trilogy), is a story I started creating since I was 7 years old. It grew with me as I was a child, a teen and a young adult. It has been my strength for many years, when I was feeling bad about myself and the world surrounding me. It’s fair to say that this fantasy world is part of my heart, my secret garden. So no surprise if publishing this or not was a BIG decision for me, a hard one. The reason why I chose to publish it, despite my fears, is that I think that if this world helped me “survived” teen-age and many difficult times, it may help other people.
In case you’re interested in reading the book or whatever, here a synopsis in English, so you get a better idea:
In a world where humans, wizards and fairies live, one of them, Hiemalis, tyrannically rules. But one day a prophecy appears. One day a wizard and a fairy would have a child, an Arkal. This child would be led to engender a glorious line and above all, to kill Hiemalis and put an end to her tyranny. From this moment, Hiemalis lives haunted by this prophecy and the fate of wizards and fairies is turned upside down. No more contact between the two people is now possible. But despite all Hiemalis’s precautions, one of her rivals, the gentle Cynania, one day meets Laevecor, a black wizard. A child, Laedya, from them is born. Cynania lose her life but the little one is barely saved. Will misfortune befall on this child eternally ? Or will life get her a worthy revenge ?
If you know someone who might be interested in this book (who knows?), please, feel free to share about my book with them. 🙂 Anyway, thank you to everyone.
Thank you for passing by and reading my blog. I appreciate it so much.
