Homemade Oven Ham-Leek Rolls

Hello everyone ! Welcome back for another recipe ! Today, I would like to share with you a simple but easy-to-make dish idea: ham-leek rolls.

You’ll need some leeks, some ham, butter, herbs and spices.

First wash your leek and cut off the green leaves. For your dish, we only need the trunk/white part. Wrap each leek trunk with a ham slice. Place your rolls into a glass tray and spray some butter with some herbs and/or spices on top. Preheat the oven at 150°C and bake the rolls until the ham gets crispy and the leek inside kinda spongy.

Enjoy !

This version a like a basis. You can add some cheese with the leek inside, or even on top on the ham. You can also replace the leek with chicory as well, though I would recommend to add more spices or something else in this case, since chicory is far more bitter than leek.

That’ll be all for today’s recipe, I hope you like it. Thank you for passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
