Homemade Pasta and Meats Stir-Fry

Hello everyone ! Welcome back for another stir-fry recipe !

I think we can tell now, stir-fries are kinda my comfort food. It’s so easy to make, you can just use anything you got in the fridge, as long as you got some butter and some spices. And it’s so tasty. In less than 3 minutes you can easily get yourself a warm meal, full of flavour. Sometimes, even if it’s not the healthiest option, it’s all that we need to feel a little better.

You’ll need:

  • Pasta
  • Sausage meat
  • Chorizo
  • Olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • some bacon
  • some butter
  • some garlic, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary and basil

First, prepare your pasta as usual. While the water boils and then the pasta cook, prepare the rest of the stir-fry. Slice the chorizo and the bacon, shape some meatballs with the sausage meat.

Pre-cook all these different meats with some butter into a frying pan (or a wok). Add some olives, cherry tomatoes and all your herbs and spices. Set aside.

When the pasta is ready, strain and then add to the pan with the rest. Now give it a good stir so that the pasta absorb all the flavours from the meats, herbs and spices.

And voilà ! Enjoy !
