Hi everyone ! How is was your week ? Ready for the weekend ? In my case, the week was really nice, we got some warmer weather, I almost felt like in summer! 😉 And I thought, let’s start the weekend with some cooking, it’s been such a long time since I last cooked (for real) 🙂 This time I decided to show you a very simple recipe but so delicious and healthy. It’s a carrot/potatoe gratin. Yummy !
For this recipe, you’ll need carrots, potatoes ( about 2 of each), 1 yogurt, some grated cheese, salt and paprika(or any spices/herbs of your choice)
First of all, peel off your vegetables and put them in the steam cooker to cook.(follow your cooker’s instructions about the timing…) As the vegetables are cooking, let’s make the seasoning cream. Mix together the yogurt with salt, spices and herbs.
Now, vegetables are cooked. Take a dish that you can put in the microwave.Like this one.
Cut in small pieces your vegetables. Put some veggies in the dish, then some cream and cheese. Do this again till the dish is full or all your ingredients are in. Finally, put the dish in the microwave for about 6 minutes at 350°.
