Survive to Winter with some soup

Hello everyone!

Winter is still here and freezing us. Sometimes we may not want to cook, but just snuggle up in our plaid on the couch with soft pillows and watch comforting movies. But we still need to eat. So, what can we do? Easy! The best option is to prepare some soup. All we have to do is to put all the ingredients together with water and let it cook while we get busy with something else. Plus, hot soup is a good way to warm up when you’re freezing. Today l’m gonna share with you my favourite soup recipe which combines different types of ingredients, veggies, meat, starchy food, spices etc. Usually, I do prepare a lot of this soup on Sunday, this way I’ve got healthy and complete food for all week along.

‌You’ll need:

– pasta
– lettuce‌
-‌carrots
-potatoes‌
-deshydrated ‌black fungus
-onions‌
-pork meatballs‌
-spices‌ (garlic, cumin, turmeric, paprika etc) Be generous on that point unless you really don’t like spices.

N.B: Speaking of quantifiés it really depends on how much soup you wanna make and on your preferences(if you don’t like that much black fungus, just put one, but if you love carrots, put a lot)

Add water to cover all these ingredients and cook for two hours. Regularly stir.

Serve while it’s still hot.

Enjoy!

Hope you like these recipe. Thank you passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
