Hello everybody! Today, I wanted to share with you another Easter recipe.
Lately, I shared with you how to make a chocolate pie that tastes unhealthy but still is healthy. Today it would be how to make a tasting unhealthy but still healthy fish and tomatoe cake.
Let’s get started!
You’ll need:
– 1 yogurt
– 2 eggs
– 10g of baking powder
– 4 yogurt pots of flour
– 1,5 yogurt pot of milk
– grated cheese
– salt
– herbs
– 250g if salmon
– 3 tomatoes
First, prepare the dough. Mix the yogurt with the milk and the eggs.
Wash the yogurt pot and use it for measuring flour. Add flour and baking powder. Mix.
Add lots of grated cheese. It’ll give the cake some texture.
Add the salt and herbs.
Now ,prepare the fish. Remove the skin and cut it into pieces. Also cut the tomatoes. Add them to the dough and gently mix.
Pour the mixing into the multifunction cooker “mold” and choose the cake program for between 1hour and half and two hours.
Enjoy!
Thanks to the cheese(you don’t really get its taste when eating), the cake get a different, thick texture, it’s not spongy like a sweet cake. Something I like with this recipe, is that you don’t a big slice to get filled up. Moreover, you don’t feel guilty when eating, because it’s not a fat dish.
