Wok Spicy Cabbage

Hello! I hope you all had a good Easter weekend. Did Easter Bunny leave lots of eggs in your garden? Hope you haven’t eaten all of them already. :’)

Today I wanted to share with you an easy wok recipe. I like cooking food in the wok with a little bit of Asian style.

This recipe is a no-meat one but still very tasty so it’s perfect for vegetarian people who want eat something tasty.

You’ll need some cabbage (or even lettuce, I tried and it’s quite good actually), some oil, some balsamic vinegar and lots of spices.

Preheat your oil in the wok. Cut the cabbage. Cook it in the wok with all the spices(mine were garlic, paprika and turmeric). Regularly stir. When it starts to melt, add some vinegar. I know it may sounds awkward but actually it’s the vinegar that makes the dish tasty. Cover the wok for about 5 minutes. Then come back and stir. The cabbage should have absorbed the vinegar. Remove from the fire and serve with white rice.

Enjoy!

I hope you like this little recipe.

Thank you for passing by and reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
