Homemade Apple Turnovers

Hello everyone!

Today I wanted to share with you another recipe. Let me show you how I make shell-shaped apple turnovers with my multifunctional cooker.

You’ll need, for 8 medium turnovers:

– 260g of flour

– 1 egg

– about 4 tablespoons of water

– about 4 tablespoons of butter(oil is fine if you don’t have any butter)

Mix the flour with the egg, adding eater and butter/oil little by little. You should get a ball of pastry. Let it rest for a while, about 15 minutes.

Roll the ball into a sausage shape and cut 8 portions.

Roll out each portion to get a round of about 10-15 cm.

Add a tablespoon of apple compote in the middle of each round and fold it. Press down the edges with a fork.

Apply some egg yolk on each turnover, this way they will get golden abd shiny when baking.

For the baking, in the multifunctional cooker, choose the cake program and bake each turnover for at least 30 minutes.

And voila!

I only had one egg left, so no egg yolk on top of these !

I can’t get over these, they’re soo delicious, when still warm. With a cup of tea, it’s perfect ! 👌🏻

Hope you like this recipe.

That’s all for today’s post, thanks for reading my blog.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
