Hello everyone ! Welcome back for another recipe ! Today, I would like to share with you how to make some pepper and onion fish, a very easy and delicious recipe.
Let’s get started !
You’ll need for this recipe:
- 2 or 3 large onions
- 4 large peppers
- fish for 2 persons (I usually use Alaskan pollock for this kind of recipe)
Peel off the onions, remove the peppers’ seeds and cut the peppers in strips. In a wok, with some butter and rapeseed/sunflower oil, cook the onions and peppers. Add some soy sauce and spices afterwards. When both veggies melted enough, add the fish into the wok. You may have to add some water so that nothing burns. Turn to low heat and cover. Regularly check to prevent any burning. Wait until the fish gets into pieces, it means it’s cooked and ready to eat.
