Homemade Seafood Wok Medley

Hello everyone ! Welcome back for another fish recipe ! Recently, I’ve been a lot into recipes with fish. Does it have a link with my job ….? Maybe.. Maybe not 😅.

Actually, today’s recipe is a slightly different version from another recipe I’ve shared with you recently: Pepper and Onion Fish. There’re still fish and pepper, but I replaced onions with something else: crab sticks.

Let me show you how to make this easy and yummy dish !

For 3 people, you’ll need:

  • 3 yellow peppers
  • 3 fish fillets (mine are Alaskan pollock)
  • green pitted olives
  • crab sticks
  • sweet chili sauce
  • spices (garlic, herbs etc)

Cut off the peppers into strips and stir fry them into a wok with some butter. Then add the fish fillet. Stir well. After a minute, add the olives, crab sticks cut into cubes, the spices and sauce.

Make sure you stir everything well, before covering and let it cook for between 5 and 10 minutes, until the fish is cooked and the peppers softened. Regularly check so that it doesn’t burn into the wok.

Serve it with rice.

You see ? Easy as ABC !

Now enjoy !

That’ll be all for today’s recipe, I hope you like it. Thank you once again for passing by and reading my blog. It means a lot to me.

I’ll talk to you soon in a next post,

Until then, take care of yourself ❤

Ady ❤
